Support State Fall Games’ First Year in Gainesville
by SOGAApproximately 1,500 athletes from around the state will travel to Gainesville and Hall County for the first of three years for State Fall Games Oct. 10-12. Special Olympics Georgia needs your support to provide the weekend-long competition. Make a donation by emailing Thomas.Ritch@specialolympicsga.org and your gift will help cover more than $175,474 in expenses association with housing, meals, sports equipment, transportation, facility rental, awards and medals.
Competitions in bocce, cycling, golf and softball will be held at the following locations: North Hall Park, Laurel Park and Chicopee Woods Golf Course. Watch a video about Daniel competing at Fall Games in long distance walking and running.
This is the second year the State Horse Show has been been hosted by Chicopee Woods Agriculture Center.
