Wine and shopping Festivity Thursday

Enjoy a night of shopping and tasting good wine Thursday at Festivity at the Forum in Norcross. Come to Festivity from 5:30 to 8:30 and also be entered in a drawing for a $100 gift card. Free entry to win.

Atlanta Half Marathon & 5K – November 25th

Join Special Olympics Georgia and run for a cause this Thanksgiving!  Train and support a healthy lifestyle like our athletes and participate in Atlanta’s own Thanksgiving Day Half Marathon, 5K, or Kid’s Fun Run.  Funds that you raise through this half marathon team stay right here in GA and goes towards directly supporting our 23,078 athletes and funding our five State Games.  To learn more, click here.

Buy discounted TOUR tickets before Labor Day

Before Labor Day purchase your ticket for THE TOUR Championship presented by Coca-Cola for $50. The championship will be  Wednesday, Sept. 22 through Sunday, Sept. 26 at East Lake Golf Club. The price goes up after the holiday to $60.

Daily grounds tickets are $50 or you can purchase tickets for several days.

For every ticket purchased, half  is donated to Special Olympics Georgia. But you must enter the code TCSGSH. Purchase your tickets here. But remember to enter the code: TCSGSH.

THE TOUR comes after 33 weeks and three playoff events.

Sail in the Annual Sailing Regatta 9/10-9/12

Set sail for the 11th Annual Sailing Regatta September 10- September 12 at Lake Lanier. In addition to sailing, the regatta will feature a Sponsor Boat for race viewing, a skipper reception on Saturday night, raffle prizes, door prizes and much more. Click here for more info.

National Games 2010

Congratulations to Team Georgia for their success at the 2010 USA National Games in Lincoln, Nebraska.  The Softball Team won the Silver Medal and the Gymnasts won an overall astonishing 11 Gold Medals, 8 Silver Medals, and 1 Bronze Medal!

Thank you to ALL supporters of our National Games Delegation. Transportation of our athletes was provided by Cessna Airlift.
